Positive changes, not just any change, has been my lifestyle for the past 20+ years. Therefore, I can testify first hand that this is a very difficult lifestyle. Why then to choose this lifestyle? Because this is the ONLY way to establish consistency, sustainable peace and sanity. The desire for me to seek a content video that best represents my like-minded definition is due to the recent experience I had in challenging the real estate agent CRMLS organization hearing on behalf of my seller. Their ways of dealing with their members is clearly the conduct to “win” their argument while making you look as bad as possible instead of the aspiration of partnership, which is to be open to listen, desire to understand and mentality of “how I can better serve you as your service provider”. As a result, I’ve decided to add a content that addresses the MUST of positive changes for the survival of human improvement, relationship and professionalism. Every minute in this world, something is changed with our without our intentions. Without understanding this basic knowledge, an organization enforces others to comply while performing double standard conducts itself. The purpose of organizations and leaders are to lead by example, not to practice dictatorship when their laws clearly contradicts common sense and the root of the mission and purpose promised. The hope of human sustainable improvement relies on having an open mind to listen, humbleness to admit wrongs and the heart to make a difference to make a positive impact. I am not after “Greatness”. I am after my own conviction to peace and sanity.
