NAR, MLS Rules are increasingly being Sued

• Although I’m not 100% in agreement with the video content, I do agree with the majority of this video content and appreciate the information.

Main Key Points of the Video

1. NAR installation of new leadership team, sounds good, but let’s see if they actually do what they preach > To Be Determined.
   
2. Brokerages and Homeowners filed lawsuits against MLS (Multiple Listing Services) – it’s about time MLS are being disciplined now. They have shifted from a partnership mentality 20 years ago to a money-hungry and communist type of culture now. MLS also need to be DODGE’d.
   
3. Messages advertised by NAR and MLS often contradict each other and violate the rights of clients, agents, and brokers; yet we are obliged to follow them, regardless of heavy fines being imposed.
   
4. One of my clients has also faced a very similar issue from CRMLS (one of the MLS organizations). From my experience with them, it is the opposite of a cooperative partnership mentality.
