In the past 7 years, Alisha has managed my investment property, listed it and sold it, and then helped us buy another investment property via 1031 exchange. Alisha is also credited with helping us negotiate and purchase our current home last year.

In 2007, through friend’s referral, my wife and I contacted Alisha. We needed a new agent representing us because of our negative experience with our previous one. On both incidents Alisha intervened and concerted effort with all parties to have the matter resolved. Selling Our House for Top Dollar in 1 day!

My husband and I had not been planning on selling our home but we were motivated to call Alisha Chen when we saw that she sold a house in our neighborhood for well above what we had anticipated being able to sell our own home for. She came over for a consultation to give us her market analysis of what she estimated being able to sell our own home for. She walked through each room pointing out small changes that would make a big impact on our potential selling price. Once we had decided to sell, we made the changes she suggested and called her to sign the paperwork. She helped us find a reputable handy man to take care of a few small repairs and brought in materials ranging from decorations to bedspreads to help us professionally stage our home. Once everything was ready, she brought in a photographer to take pictures for the listing. We were shocked with how well the pictures turned out. They made our home look beautiful and spacious! Alisha told us that our home was presenting so nicely that she would like to increase the selling price! Alisha has a unique sales strategy that led to us being able to sell our home for $11,000 above listing price. When I was about to be done with real estate…Alisha came through for me

I close on September 3rd and move in September 8th. So, I have to give praise right now I was about to give up on buying. Right at that time Alisha sent me this listing. It’s a brand new house and energy efficient so i should not have to worry about things breaking..knock on wood! I’ll save money with the efficiency of the house. It is completely warranted for the first yr and then 10yrs on the structure. It’s considered a condo, but all of the homes are completely detached still don’t understand the condo part lol! Also, the builder paid all of my closing costs, there are no Mello-Roos taxes, and property taxes are very low. Also, my loan doesn’t start until 12/1 which is not normal usually it starts sooner but it gives me more time to save up! Everything has completely fallen in place right when I was about done with real estate. I also got to work with Alisha. She is an amazing Christian who trusts completely in God and you can really see Him shining through her. And to be honest I was really wavering on my faith and kind of put God lower on my priorities. After seeing how strong of a Christian Alisha is made me want to be a better Christian. I’m starting to get my priorities straight, although, I have been putting a lot of time into looking for stuff for the new house I’ll get there, though!
