2013 Installation of Alisha Chen, President of Asian Real Estate Association of America, Orange County and her Board of Directors. Approximately 150 attended this event. Agenda included 2013 National Chair, Jim Park personally installing Alisha Chen, Pastor Francis Burgula, who gave encouragement and responsibility speech to the new board, Roger Beane, CEO of LRES Asset Management gave market updates, Raffle prizes donated by members of AREAA-OC & sponsors to raise funds for Purple Ark Ministry. On behalf of AREAA-OC, Alisha Chen presented a check of $1000 to Purple Ark Ministries. This event touched so many attendees, there were over 100 emails, text messages, facebook conversations, phone messages, etc. exchanged.
